Ball Valve for Water - SK-120

The SK-120 is a nickel plated brass ball valve designed for water applications, offering reliable shut-off performance in a compact and durable package. The valve body and cap are manufactured from nickel plated brass, providing corrosion resistance suited to potable and general water systems. The ball itself is chrome plated brass, delivering a smooth, hard-wearing seating surface that ensures consistent sealing over repeated open and close cycles.

Sealing is achieved with PTFE seats, a material widely recognized for its chemical inertness, low friction, and long service life in water service. The threaded connection type allows straightforward installation into standard pipework without the need for specialist tooling, making the SK-120 a practical choice for both new installations and maintenance replacements. The valve is rated to PN25 working pressure, making it suitable for higher-pressure water distribution and building services pipework where standard PN16 valves may not be adequate.

With a maximum working temperature of 110°C, the SK-120 is compatible with hot water systems including heating circuits and domestic hot water supply lines. The combination of PN25 pressure rating and 110°C temperature tolerance gives system designers a useful margin of safety in demanding residential, commercial, and light industrial water applications.
